I have lived in California all my life, owning homes in Alameda, Contra Costa and Sonoma Counties. I’ve been happily married for over 25 years with two teenage sons and our rescue pooch named Brodie. I'm also bilingual in English/Spanish.
I started my career after college in the tech industry, working as a web/applications developer for a large software company. I was fulfilled with my career and loved those I worked with, but I always had a dream of working for myself and after starting a family, I decided to take the plunge. I have been in mortgage financing industry ever since! With over sixteen years of experience, my areas of expertise include loans for the purchase and refinancing of condominiums, single-family homes, and 1- to 4-unit properties.
My goal is to structure a deal that fits each person's unique situation. To do so, I pay close attention to a client's current financial means as well as their long-term financial goals. I then oversee all of the financing details. For a purchase, this means the client-realtor team can manage the other important elements of buying a home. For a refinance, this means my clients can rely on me and my team for a smooth transaction.
